: Sounds like a Multia.  You need to switch it from the ARC firmware to the

Go into setup, find a section labeled "Advanced" setup.  It's an F? key
listed
along the bottom when you enter a certain menu.

You'll find a "OS Type" selection.  Change it to "UNIX" and reboot.  You'll
be in the SRM.

This is all from memory, so the exact steps are likely to be completely
wrong, will cause smoke to pour from your machine, and seriously injure
small pets.  Use at your own risk. (:
