dear hackers i only post to this list after trying to hack out a simple shell command to "cut a line" in xterm. ie, how hard is it to simulate three mouse clicks with (say) xsendevent (xse). (answer, harder than it looks). question: i am just about ready to kluge a gate on my mouse to do it (arrghh). can anyone tell me where how to hack the X mouse driver to do it? i just have mouse --> /dev/cuaa0 what is the program that deals with the raw mouse? thanks Bill.
