I cannot reproduce the fatal I/O error at all. Maybe it's because I can only
use QEMU, but I don't think so because I'm sending SIGWINCH to bc with kill.

Maybe it's because I'm not running -CURRENT or because I'm running a bare
terminal without dwm. Or maybe it's because I'm running in QEMU. I have no
idea.

I'm going to see if I can set up a VM with -CURRENT and dwm.
