I thought it would be implied that you are reading the English pages and that the language menu would take you elsewhere. Maybe "Select another language:"? And, why not have a part of the page that tells you where you are? ("Welcome to the main FreeBSD Web server." or "Willkommen auf dem deutschen FreeBSD-Webserver.")
