Probably, but I don't care... <grin>  Have you seen Xircom's statement 
about the reference drivers for the older cards?  Look here:

Besides, I don't think it would be illegal to use their code as a road map 
to see what needs to be done.  I'm going to email them first and see if I 
can't squeeze something out of them.

Uh, kernel skills?  None, but I've always wanted to dig in (is that 
suicide?)  xe driver familiarity?  Does trying to configure a NIC count? 
:)  At least I fit the last criteria, I have a CEM33 and I just paid $18.00 
each for the dongles, so I'm committed now!!  I suppose we should probably 
take this to private email, just let me know where I should start and I'll 
begin the grunt work.
