Dear Mr. Obrien,
Where can I find more information on installation of gcc2.8.0?
I tried installing it with "make install clean".  It seemed that it
worked, but g++ cannot find the include files.  Do I need to
install those files separately?  Any suggestion will be
greatly appreciated.
