To my knowledge, no. It's quite simple though. Just cd to either: /usr/ports/x11/kde11 /usr/ports/x11/kde2 (depending on which version you want), type make, make install, and you should be up and running. The rest of the configuration is done from within KDE mostly, and it's quite easy to find your way around.
