I would be interested too. Can someone give a management summary?

I suppose you call a target-net-provider specific service account and
transfer the message via some protocol over the B-channel?

Can you receive SMS this way too? (ISTR there are now ISDN phones
sold that claim to do SMS, so the answer is probably yes)
