i need to get a new motherboard.  i'm looking for something that has no
integrated video,sound or nic.  supports amd sockets....although amd
slots would work better.  it needs support for lots of ram..1.5GB or
more..and supports processor speeds from about 800mhz-1.5ghz.  ATX form
factor.  and an AGP slot for the the video.

any idea if there are any 'brand name' boards out there like that?
