But your root partition is tiny, and I can believe that you're gonna have problems anyway. Try building with MODULES_OVERRIDE or NO_MODULES in /etc/make.conf; try deleting everything you possibly can from the old drive; or consider getting something bigger: $100 will get you 100 times the space. -Chuck
