I'm aware that deprecating on short notice isn't great, but I realized that keeping the orphaned port around might cause trouble for users. libphutil was pretty much useless outside of phabricator/arcanist and having an old version around might mislead users to look in the wrong places when tracking down issues after upgrading those packages.
