You also need to remove your old expect.tar.gz file, because otherwise the
ports system doesnt know it's out of date and wont try and fetch the new
one.

It's annoying, but it's the fault of the expect folks for not releasing
distfiles with the version number in the name so the port doesnt
mysteriously break like this every week or so.
