Their "newsletter" link also was another point of reference, especially http://www.kame.net/newsletter/20000428/ regarding setting up racoon. The above, along with reading the latest man page for racoon.conf and of course lots of trial and error has me at the point where I can setup a tunnel between FreeBSD 4.2-Beta machines at home. Here in the office, I'm using 4.2-Beta and a Windows client I'm evaluating. I just got it (IPSec tunnel using racoon and preshared key) to work. MikeC Michael C. Cambria Avaya Inc. Please let me know if this works and if you find any other useful resources as I haven't had the time to try this yet. --Chris -----Original Message----- From: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG [mailto:owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG]On Behalf Of Dan Larsson Sent: Friday, November 10, 2000 3:33 AM To: FreeBSD Questions List Subject: FreeBSD-4+ and IPSEC VLAN howto Are there any howtos out there besides the man pages regarding how to create a vpn tunnel with ipsec on FreeBSD?
