We > can't win :-( Yes, you can. There are only a limited number of netblocks allocated to the UK, and all of those could be banned. Apparently, gatekeeper.dec.com has been using access control via a database of netblocks for a few years now for this exact purpose (or maybe this has changed recently). Tom
