Certbot output when run from CRON

uname: FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE-p4 GENERIC amd64
freebsd-version: 13.2-RELEASE-p5

It works perfectly when I run the following command from the command line.

/usr/local/bin/certbot renew --apache --deploy-hook "service dovecot restar=
t"

If I run it from CRON, it bombs out. I have attached the file.

I tried setting CRYPTOGRAPHY_OPENSSL_NO_LEGACY=3D1, but it did not make any
difference. Everything was working fine until a recent update. Why does it =
work
from the command line but not from CRON?
