Yes, I've just emailed the guy responsible for the site, will post here what
he says. The problem is that some of the stuff is only hosted there
(kwinacqua for example is only hosted at kde-look), so let's see what the
webmaster tells me.

Yes, that would mean a change in the makefile everytime the theme updates.

The problem is that tarball was called correctly, but the directory inside it
wasn't. About being MASTER_SITE, I think it's no problem for me, my server is
on 7/24 on a fixed IP, no big issue.
