As mentioned on IRC:

That znc segfault issue was related to external modules (clientbuffer.so =
playback.so push.so). Once I recompiled them, all was good.

For the record, I Installed the new znc with CHARSET one, then for each =
module, run znc-buildmod <MODULE>.cpp
