This repeat-Client is a 3D printing startup that integrates the latest expo=
nential technologies in components, sensors, optical systems and chemistry =
to apply Moore=E2=80=99s Law to a new, proprietary 3D Printing technology. =
The result is a desktop, professional 3D Printer that takes 3D Printing fro=
m hours to minutes making it FASTER, with a LARGER build volume, at HIGHER =
resolutions and a LOWER cost. They're doing this with a user experience and=
 a design oriented approach making their 3D technology elegant and compact.

Their 3D printer has been designed to offer the best and the smartest ultra=
-fast 3D Printing experience, from a clean cartridge system to a complete c=
ognitive hardware and stand-alone technology that let users adopt this mach=
ine quickly in any kind of environment and for any type of usage.

We are currently hiring for the position of VP of Hardware Engineering and =
R&D in our Ventura California facility. This is rare and unique opportunity=
 to build and scale the engineering department of a mixed hardware/firmware=
 and software team.

As VP of Hardware Engineering and R&D you will be working on the definition=
 and execution of the 3DPrinter roadmap and product delivery, expanding the=
 technical capabilities of the organization, building hardware/firmware tea=
ms, managing multiple products and research projects, and working with our =

(1B) Chief Operating Officer (Ventura, CA)

The Chief Operating Officer position reports directly to the Chief Executiv=
e Officer (CEO) and is responsible and accountable for the planning, manage=
ment, performance, and improvement of the company operational management an=
d growth. The COO serves as a key member of the executive leadership team a=
nd represents the CEO and the Board in interactions with employees, custome=
rs, vendors, partners, and other organizations.

Responsibilities:
* Provides direction and leadership in the identification, development, and=
 implementation of strategies, programs, ordinances, policies, decisions, a=
ssignments, and activities to ensure efficient and effective results.
* Provides direction and leadership to the company in its executions and al=
ignments of the company strategic visions.
* Directs and evaluates the performance of organizational programs, and per=
sonnel; plans, organizes, oversees, authorizes, and coordinates departmenta=

(2) OEM Marketing Manager (West Coast)=20

This client is one of the world's largest electronic chemicals companies an=
d they have retained me to identify candidates (ideally local) for a positi=
on based in Palo Alto, CA. They seek a talented marketing manager to work w=
ith OEMs and achieve design-ins using their proprietary chemicals and proce=
sses for interconnects (PWBs, and assembled parts).

Fluency in an Asian language would be a plus and travel is anticipated to b=
e approximately 50%. The primary requirement for the position would be a tr=
ack-record of accomplishment in working with OEMs to drive adoption of spec=
ific standard processes in surface finishing of PWBs and/or interconnects.=
=20

BS or MS in Chemistry, Materials Science or Physical Science is needed; PhD=
 would be a plus. Experience with electroless nickel, electroless copper, i=
mmersion gold and other plating processes for PWBs and laminates would be a=
 plus. Must have good communication and "people" skills.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in physical science or engineering discipline
Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, either at a PWB manufacturer, el=
ectronics assembly manufacturer (EMS), electrochemical material or manufact=
uring system supplier
Minimum of 4 years in a technical marketing role or equivalent, with respon=
sibilities including working directly with electronics systems design/manuf=
acturing companies (OEMs) with concentration on the specification of printe=
d wiring boards, flexible circuits, and/or electronic components.
Track record of achieving superior results in development, market introduct=
ion and commercialization of new products and processes for printed wiring =
board manufacturing and/or finishing of electronic components.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English language
Ability to travel frequently in all regions (estimate ~ 50% travel)

Desired Experience:
Masters degree or PhD in physical sciences or engineering discipline
MBA degree with concentration in marketing, innovation management or equiva=
lent
Four or more years of experience working directly for an electronics system=
 design/manufacturing company (OEM) with global leadership in telecommunica=
tion, consumer products, and/or automotive industries.
Experience in characterization and optimization of electrochemical processe=

Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise syste=
ms companies which are current or potential customers. Manage sales process=
 for innovative storage solutions which are in late development stage. Deve=
lop and communicate enterprise systems benefits using innovative storage so=
lutions. Manage relationships with enterprise systems customers=E2=80=99 de=
cision-makers, including procurement/supply chain teams, etc. The title is =
pretty flexible and could easily be a Director role (if appropriate), or po=
ssibly higher.=20

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:=20
The applicant must have over 10 years experience in a senior role selling i=
nnovative, leading-edge storage solutions to major enterprise systems custo=
mers. Should have familiarity with enterprise systems architectures. Master=
s degree a plus.=20
