Thank you for pointing out.

Actually, it is just a convertion to GitHub framework (also switched
from zip to tar.gz). AFAIK no changes in distfile.

This worked before but not working now due to some changes at GitHub
side. Now we have USE_GITHUB in ports framework, migrated to use it
because it should be more robust.

I should have explain that in commit message.
