I'm working perfectly with this motherboard.  This is an 82430HX
motherboard (Triton II), i.e. ASUS P55T2P4.  I'm on the infamous Mach64
tho, not S3.

Is the PAL tuner the right one?  The newer Hauppauge stuff appears to have
changed the tuner's signature.

My probe for ref:

chip0 <Intel 82439> rev 3 on pci0:0
chip1 <Intel 82371SB PCI-ISA bridge> rev 1 on pci0:7:0
chip2 <Intel 82371SB IDE interface> rev 0 on pci0:7:1
bktr0 <BrookTree 848> rev 17 int a irq 9 on pci0:9
Hauppauge WinCast/TV, Philips NTSC tuner, dbx stereo.
