After last night's updates, I would like to see portlint have the
following extra checks:

- if the pkg-plist contains "@unexec rmdir", give a warning which
  suggests to use "@dirrmtry"

- if the variable PERL_RUN_DEPENDS or PERL_BUILD_DEPENDS is set,
  check that it doesn't contain ::. If it does contain ::, give a
  fatal to replace the ::'s with a -.
