For -current users, a version of the patch that mostly only does
this is in the PR kern/27826: "[PATCH] correct minor bugs in an(4)
ifconfig support".  This also fixes the problems with WEP key reporting
in ifconfig output.  Someone really ought to commit it soon so a fully
functional ifconfig patch can be MFCed.
