Hi folks,

I'd like to update the errata for an old release, namely 4.0-RELEASE.  Since
CDROMs are still available and since the problem is easy to trip over,
I think it's worthwhile.

How do I go about doing this?  Do I just edit
www/en/releases/4.0R/errata.sgml and describe the problem and
work-around?
