A little off topic from the original discussion of the images: When I was doing the multi-MTA work for sysinstall I built several releases on both the CURRENT and RELENG_4 branches. If anyone wants to 'mutate' this document into a 'how to build a release' article they're free to use my notes. Otherwise I'll either write one from scratch or append to this. -- Tom Rhodes
