Is  this to  make sure,  it  starts up  before anything  else listed  in
${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d?  Claiming the  "absolute zero  spot" in  such a  way
looks dangerous :-) Command numbering in Basic always started with 10 --
and you could always re-number, once you inserted number 5...
