Hello All!

Waddya think of this:

In a bunch of programs (telnet and xntpd spring to mind), there are options
for export-restricted crypto code. Could this not be #ifdef'ed and pulled out
of (say) src/secure/misc/<package>? (The symbol NOCRYPT could easily be used
here.)

Or would it make more sense to add these bits to a library?
