FreeBSD currently only runs on Intel x86, and Compaq-DEC Alpha hardware. If you want to run a BSD-like system on an Indigo or rs6k you might try www.NetBSD.org. Both are mentioned in their http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/ page, but neither appears to be completed.
