  	cxgbe(4) for Chelsio T4 added,
  	dc(4) PAE support on FreeBSD/i386,
  	re(4) RTL8401E support added,
  	IPsec HMAC-SHA-256/384/512 authenticator hash size fix,
  	cc(4) TCP_CONGESTION socket option,
  	Citrus iconv imported (but disabled by default),
  	utxrm(8) utility added,
  	GNU binutils to 2.17.50,
  	LLVM/Clang 3.0 imported,
  	xz to 5.0.1,
  	bsdinstall(8) added as the default installer.
