[-- Attachment #1 --] Greetings, I am trying to set up a peer to peer wireless network for my laptop. Considering I have no spare pci or isa slots I had to resort to a wavelan Ethernet Converter. I have it plugged in to my second nic card. The nic card is setup as far as I can tell correctly with the correct ip and subnet mask; however it says Status: No Carrier. My laptop is able to communicate to the ec with no problem. I just can not get the data to travel into the nic card. Any help, or suggestions appreciated. I do not know what other information to include. If you need any other information let me know and I will do my best to get it to you. Best regards, Clint [-- Attachment #2 --] <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <META content="MSHTML 5.50.4134.100" name=GENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Greetings,</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> I am trying to set up a peer to peer wireless network for my laptop.
