If your talking natural langs then Henry Pjiffers (henry.pjiffers@gmail.com) has done a fair amount of work... even though he might attempt to sell you on "enhanced" open-source ;-) [I would also do this if I had done work in the translation area... he is the other 1/3 of the licensing model I have mentioned a few times on the lists] - -- Aryeh M.
