ELF kernels have been fully functional for about a week. LKM's don't work with ELF though, you have to use kldload instead of modload, and that's not cooked enough yet. For example, you can't load a VFS (eg the nfs module) via kldload yet. Or, more to the point, you can load it but it has no way to attach itself to the VFS switch.
