Uuh? Ever seen any major vendor even using 300W ones in consumer
systems? I've got several friends which are using 250W PS with 1Ghz
CPUs @ >1,3 without any problems (despite the usual heat issues)

I advise to stay away from the bloody cheap "VIA only" RAM that's
showing up lately. There HAS to be a reason why Intel boards won't
even boot in first place.
