MD5.pm is an perl module..
you can get it here:
http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Digest/Digest-Perl-MD5-1.5.tar.gz
save this in a dir an type: tar zxvf Digest-Perl-MD5-1.5.tar.gz
then (in the dir) type:
perl Makefile.pl    (Makefile with an capitol M!)
make
make test
make install

(I don't know if this is the correct answer :s)
