Can anyone recommend a video card > and the software required for data capture? Do you want MPEG-1 or MPEG-2? If you just want MPEG-1 (320x240 or there abouts), then a standard Bt848 card would work. If you want MPEG-2, there in a PVR-250+ that should do what you want.
