	To answer your question about using PHP as a scripting language, like
perl.  The answer is yes, however the authors don't have that as a goal
so it's not something would come under the normal use of PHP.  If you
want a general purpose scripting language use Perl.  If you want a web
server side scripting language use PHP ( or perl :-)
