I made a typo in the email....192.168.1.255 is the correct broadcast.
this error, though has nothing to do with network.....

I had to do this PRIOR to launching apache:

# kldload accf_data.ko
# kldload accf_http.ko

then start apache. This fixed my issues :)


[not sure if both modules are required though]
