Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG I want to distribute software for FreeBSD, and I don't know the libc change history. I built my binaries on FreeBSD 3.5. Will they run on older FreeBSD installations? 3.0 or later? 3.2 or later? 3.5 only? I am new to FreeBSD (but not Unix). I searched the documentation and couldn't find the answer to this question. Please help me out! Thanks!
