well, actually I have that driver in my kernel but it does not get
attached (tried both i386 and x64 kernel)

Looking for that card id it seems indeed a bge-supported card in
-CURRENT (browswed the cvs commit archive for poweredge SC440), problem
is if/when it will be supported in RELENG_6...
