Now i have got Vic-2.8, compiled with quickcamsupport.. I have tested the quickcam with the simple qcamcontrol program and it works fine. But when I try to use it in vic, there is no picture. If I change the picture size in vic, small/normal back and forth, it flashes quickly with one frame, and then go black again. Strange, I think. Is there anybody in this group who has had similar exprience with vic and quickcam? Please help.. I though it maybe could have something to do with mrouted. I don't know how to configure mrouted, anyone could maybe help me with that, if that's what causing the problem? And, is there any other program to just view the quickcam? I think the first step should be to try something that gets moving pictures from the camera. Is there another videoconferencing program that don't use mbone?
