that's the firmware for the QCA9880 11ac NIC. The QCA9558 SoC is the
mips soc with integrated 11n wifi and typically people glue an 11ac
QCA9880 NIC to it.

We don't have a driver yet for the QCA9880 NIC. I'm porting it atm.
