Yes, I am seeing those as well.  I think it is very likely due to the
accounting being screwd up however.  Unfortunately, fixing the clock stuff to
work on the alpha means fixing it to really work on SMP right instead of the
current hacks we have to get x86 limping along.  Hopefully I'll have it working
in a day or two.
