Most of the console fonts of Linux distributions will work with syscons
too. In fact, as I'm writing this, I've loaded the 'grfixed' font that I
had made part of the greek-console package for Linux back in 1997. The
font used to work with Linux's setfont command, and now I use it with
vidcontrol -f 8x16 on the FreeBSD console :)
Try some of the Linux fonts too. You'll be pleasantly surprised...
