It's horribly incomplete and generally not very good, but I had to start somewhere or I was never going to get the thing done. I would really appreciate it if some of you would take a moment to read it, and send me some additional questions that I can add. Please send them to . (Answers would be nice too, but the questions are most important.) Also, if any of the existing text seems unclear to you, suggestions are welcome.
