I've been debugging it for the last day or two and am now at the point where it's pretty stable for me (at least, I no longer get deadlocks and the issue of the firmware getting confused seems resolved). I have a load of other changes I intend to make, and a few bits which would be nice to merge in from the OpenBSD driver, but obviously I don't want to continue doing this if somebody else has done any work on it. If nobody has, then I'm happy to take up the job of centrally co-ordinating patches, with a view to getting the driver to the point where it could be merged into the main FreeBSD tree. I'm already keeping my changes in my local CVS repo... Gavin
