Synopsis: [headers] [patch] please replace '#include <sys/stdint.h>' with '#include <stdint.h>'

State-Changed-Why:
stdint.h is symlinked to sys/stdint.h so there should be no reason we cannot commit this. It's safely symlinked for a buildworld but kernel sources do not have to be touched.
