http://www.baycooler.com/

I have one and it keeps my harddrive cool.

Note: one of the two fans of the first kit I received stopped
working within two weeks. I rma'ed it to Granite Digital Inc.
(http://www.scsipro.com/) and received a replacement which
still works fine. However I have only been using it for
three weeks now.
