Actually, if you go to '3', and click on the first link ("Copyright") you currently go to http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/ln16.html. I think this (clicking on the "Copyright") applies to almost all the documentation. If you want to link to it, rather ask us to put a page with it on to link to.
