They address problems with the old auto{conf,make} ports as well as provide the infrastructure[1] for correctly supporting multiple versions of automake/autoconf in bsd.port.mk. Please look at them and approve them for commit. Thanks. Notes: [1] ${LOCALBASE}/libexec/${PORTNAME}-${PORTVERSION}, e.g., /usr/local/libexec/autoconf-2.13/, which would contain symlinks using the unaltered names (e.g., autoconf, autoheader) to the binaries (e.g., autoconf-2.13) in /usr/local/bin.
