Some people I'm doing some consulting for are looking at Agis for the major market solution - one login from anywhere in the country - and minimum number of ports. Once the city count gets to a decent level then the Level 3 solution looks pretty good. I also saw a pitch by Cable and Wireless - but it was more aimed at making someone a virtual ISP. They did all the work and even produced a custom logoed CD so it looked it was your company.
