Hi,

The listing of sites on http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/nutshell.html
is getting out of date:

* Whistle Communications is a dead company it seems?
* Be, Inc., too?
* www.microsoft.com is not FreeBSD powered nowadays?
* www.hotmail.com neither? After their latest update, I can't find any
links on the front page that leads to Hotmail services hosted on FreeBSD
webservers anymore.

* There are some sites that could be added.

I've attached a patch.
